Spring Lotad

Lotad in the anime is hilarious. I love his voice, it's like his lily pad is a sombrero! Anyway I though I'd make this since he's so cool. Definitely one of the more interesting one's out there... I mean, is he a bug or a lily pad with a body? Comment below what you think Lotad is exactly.
